As soon as you step foot into the May family’s home, you will immediately notice the openness and versatility of the space. Off the expanded foyer is a stunning family room, a study, and a formal dining area. The main family room features a vaulted ceiling with large windows from which they can enjoy views of their property. The space is inviting for hosting and entertaining, with multiple seating areas. One of the May family's favorite customizations is the expanded kitchen.

The expanded kitchen option features an island, granite countertops, and pullout drawers, making cooking and entertaining a breeze. The ceiling was raised to create more cabinet space, which is attractive and maximizes storage. The kitchen was designed with functionality in mind and is perfect for big family gatherings and meals.

The home office is the perfect space for both Marla's and her husband's work and could be converted into an additional bedroom if necessary. The master bedroom boasts a spacious layout and stepped ceiling, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. Two secondary bedrooms provide additional space for hobbies like scrapbooking or the ability to host family and friends overnight. 

The rear of the house was modified for a 180° view of the land. This was accomplished by slightly reducing the size of the guest room that is being used as a playroom for their grandchildren and rotating the master bedroom so the rear wall of the house is aligned. The exterior of the home was finished with Green Earth paint and stone to blend in with the nature surrounding it. The May family customized an attached garage to be large enough to accommodate two large vehicles while still allowing plenty of room to walk around. Lastly, a door was added to the secondary bath for easy access from the side yard rather than coming through the main house.
