Introducing the Barton Springs Plan

We are excited to announce that we have merged the best features of our former Driftwood and Cypress home plans to create an exceptional new design – the Barton Springs! This spacious home boasts 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a versatile study for all your needs. The Barton Springs features an open-concept family room, kitchen, and dining room, making it the perfect space for welcoming guests and spending quality time with family.

Upon entering the inviting foyer, you will see a large study off to the left and a powder bath and spacious utility room to the right. Through the foyer, you will find the family room, dining room, and kitchen are all interconnected, creating a wide, open space perfect for entertaining. The kitchen features a large island, an eating bar, and a walk-in pantry, providing plenty of prep space, seating, and storage.

On one side of the Barton Springs floor plan, you will find two large secondary bedrooms and a full bathroom, with a hall and linen closet offering extra storage. On the opposite side of the home is the master suite, an oasis complete with two spacious walk-in closets, his and hers sinks, and an oversized walk-in shower.

The Barton Springs plan offers a cathedral ceiling that extends from the front of the home through the back porch. This option is unique in that, while the standard living room already boasts lots of natural light, the cathedral ceiling begins in the living room and extends through to the outdoor living space.
