A Testimonial from the Kellis Family
Carolyn and Charles, a married couple of 35 years, were ready to build their dream home on Richland-Chambers Reservoir in Navarro County and turned to Tilson Homes for help bringing their dream to life.
They began their home-building experience with Tilson Homes by visiting our Waxahachie Design Center. Carolyn spoke with Brandi, one of our Design Consultants, and felt immediate trust with her.
“Brandi is just a wonderful designer, a wonderful friend. She made me feel immediately comfortable like I was at home. She was showing me around the showrooms, and it was just instant trust.” -Carolyn
The couple had been wanting to build their forever home on Richland-Chambers Reservoir so that their children and grandchildren would enjoy coming back to visit. Carolyn also had some specific features that she considered must-haves in her home. She brought her ideas to Brandi who helped her put those ideas into action.
“She put several homes together that were already in the Tilson portfolio, but she customized it to exactly what I wanted. Anything I asked she was more than willing to design, and she did that over and over until we got it right.” -Carolyn
As the build got underway, Charles and Carolyn were pleased with the quality of construction they were seeing in their new home. Some of their neighbors even stopped by to talk about how well the home was being built.
“Working with our superintendent, he made us feel comfortable, he made sure he knew what was going on, how it was being put together and made sure it was meeting our expectations.” -Charles
