Shannon S. and his family had built with Tilson nearly 8 years ago and were ready to build their next home on their land. When it came time to choose their next builder, they had no doubt that they’d build with us again.

Living out in rural Texas, they knew they’d need a builder who could customize their plan to meet their exact needs. ‘You came in. You picked out your plan. You decided what you wanted. And there was a layout, hey, what to expect in a month or two, what to expect six months from now. And Tilson stuck to that plan. During the time, if you had questions, concerns, they were always eager to answer those questions.”

Not only did they decide to build with us again, though. They also chose to work with their same Design Consultant from their previous build. Eric McKiernan, out of the Katy design center, had done such a great job helping them before that they knew they could place their faith in him to get the job done again. 

“The first time that we met Eric, we decided that this was the guy for us, that we knew that you got that very strong first impression that, hey, he's going to take care of us. And it was easy for us to understand that.”

To top it all off, Shannon and his wife loved Tilson’s EasyBuy financing program. 

“Sometimes when you're trying to plan building a home, it's a very big investment. And having that ease of not having to pay money while they're building the home, I'll be honest, it was a blessing.”
