Secondly, using both hands, slide the two tilt locks toward the center of the window. The tilt locks are located on the far left and right of the window. This will allow the lower sash to tilt inward toward the home, giving you access to clean the glass and remove the screen if needed. Please note that you will need to support the window in this position to ensure that it does not accidentally fall.

When you're done with your cleaning or maintenance, place the window back into its original position by tilting it back upright and locking it into place. Make sure that the window is seated correctly in the frame before closing.
