Join Eric Alarid on a tour of our San Jacinto model home at our design center in Spring, Texas. Designed with natural stone and wood elements in a craftsman style, the San Jacinto model's D elevation provides beautiful symmetry inside and out.
Entering the home via the large covered front porch, the San Jacinto's foyer features high ceilings and beautiful family room windows that showcase the outdoor view. The San Jacinto family room has a formal yet cozy feel. It's spacious enough to accommodate your family and guests, and the recessed lights and beautiful box beam ceiling add to its charm.
The kitchen is the heart of any home, and the San Jacinto does not disappoint. It's one of the most gorgeous kitchens in our portfolio, with a long island, pull-out trays, and a chef's pantry with plenty of storage. The stone wall on the back adds to the natural elements of the home, and the breakfast nook provides stunning views of the property.
The San Jacinto has four bedrooms, a flex room, and a formal dining space. The three spare bedrooms share a bathroom, providing a private space for guests or kids. The master retreat is beautiful and spacious, with large windows that let in natural light. The master bathroom is luxurious, with a corner soaking tub, split vanity, a sizable shower, and a massive walk-in closet.
A unique feature of the San Jacinto is the flex room, located on the side of the home opposite the bedrooms. It's perfect for those who work from home or need a study space. The half bath is conveniently located near the flex space, and the utility room has access to the back covered porch.
