Howdy. I'm Eric Alarid of Tilson Homes, part of the fourth generation of the Tilson family. And I'm so glad you're going to join us today for a tour of our San Jacinto model home in Spring, Texas. As you walk up to the San Jacinto model in Spring, Texas, you're going to notice that we've opted for a beautiful craftsman elevation, a lot of natural components, so beautiful, natural stone, natural wood that we've used on the exterior that we've stained, beautiful windows, and a lot of symmetry.
We've opted for elevation D. You're going to notice that between the front porch and the bedrooms, and study there on the side, beautiful symmetry of this home, which is really important to some customers. So as you walk up onto the porch of the San Jacinto model home, you're going to notice it's got plenty of space. You want to put rocking chairs, or swings, or anything like that. And it guides you up to the front door, which is we've opted for a beautiful eight foot tall wood door. It's got windows flanked on either side of it. Again, going with that symmetry that guides you into the foyer of this beautiful home.
Now, you come into the foyer of the San Jacinto model, and immediately, your eyes are drawn upwards to the beautiful family room windows. Again, a lot of that symmetry being shown off, three big fixed windows, showing all the beautiful outdoors that you have on your land. So the San Jacinto family room and some of the other places you're going to notice that we've got some of those exterior elements, we've brought them inside.
So gorgeous ceiling treatments there in the family room. You've got some beautiful recessed lights that just gives you a great place for you and your family to hang out. 18 by 20 foot family room, one of the largest that we have in our portfolio.
So the family room, even though it's kind of a formal home, you'll notice it's beautiful and open to the kitchen area, a large bar top that very elegantly curves into the family room space, tons of room for seating both at the bar, as well as the family room itself. Once you're in the family room, you can't help but be drawn to the beautiful kitchen, which is the heart of the San Jacinto model home, one of the most gorgeous kitchens we have in our entire portfolio.
We've opted for some stone that's on the back wall, again, bringing more of those exterior elements to the inside. Very long island, you've got some pull out trays. You've got a chef's pantry that's got all kinds of pull out storage in it. And you've got a ton of space to work, entertain, and just still be with everyone who's in the family room.
So one of the unique things about the San Jacinto coming in at 2,490 square feet, is it has four bedrooms, plus, a flex room, and a formal dining space. So immediately off the foyer is that formal dining space. It gives you beautiful views outside on your front porch, and just a great place, easily accessible from the kitchen, an awesome place to entertain friends and family.
So as with most of our homes, they're designed for that country living. And the San Jacinto is no different. It has a beautiful breakfast nook right off the kitchen that takes in gorgeous views of the back of your property, and has a covered patio immediately accessible off that breakfast space.
So again, the San Jacinto is a true four bedroom floor plan. And it is split front to back. So the three spare bedrooms are immediately off of the family room. They share a bathroom. Plenty of space for guests or kiddos. And it's private from the rest of the bedrooms of the home.
Also, immediately off the family room is the master retreat. Beautiful, large windows as you go in there, natural light coming in, plenty of space for king size furniture. And one of the most beautiful master bathrooms, very elegant for you to go and relax. As you walk into the master bathroom from the master bedroom, you're going to immediately be drawn to a beautiful corner soaking tub that's flanked by boxed out windows on both sides of it, allowing plenty of natural light to be pouring into that bathroom.
Split vanity, so you've got his and hers vanities, really nice sized shower, plenty of cabinet storage, water closet, and a very large walk-in closet for all the things that you need on your land. Located on the side of the home opposite the bedrooms is one of the greatest designs we have for a flex space, either work from home or study from home kind of space. Completely separate from the rest of the home, great flex space. And it's right near a half bath, which is very convenient for folks. And they can immediately access it on your garage in and out of there if you want to use it as a home office.
So the utility room is one of the best kept secrets in the portfolio on the San Jacinto. What you're going to find in there is a lot of extensive cabinetry, countertop space, room for a stand up freezer, and one of the most unique things about it is access onto that back covered porch for coming in and out working on your land. As with all of our floor plans, the San Jacinto has a number of customizations that can be done. We've got mother-in-law suites. We've got additional bedrooms that can be done, additional full bathrooms that can be done, attached, and detached garage options you can do, ceiling treatments, bonus room treatments, all kinds of things you can do to make this home your own. Thank you so much for joining us on a tour of the San Jacinto model home in Spring, Texas. We hope you come out to see us soon, and we really soon hope to make you part of the Tilson family.
