Take A Video Tour of Our San Gabriel Model in Georgetown
Join us for a video tour of the San Gabriel model in Georgetown, Texas. The San Gabriel model home is one of our most popular 1,800-square-foot model homes. You'll immediately notice that it's a stunning Craftsman-style elevation with lovely stone and stucco around the outside of this home.
When you first walk up to the San Gabriel model, you'll notice that it has an angled entry with a beautiful knotty alder front door. We've done an angled entry now so that people who have a corner lot or a curved property where the road curves across their home can choose an angled entrance so their door faces the road.
The San Gabriel house has a lovely hanging light fixture and a coat closet in the foyer. Then it'll immediately take you to the family room, which features stunning windows across the back looking out into your backyard. The family room is one of the biggest in this class by square footage. It's 19 feet long by 17 feet wide, and it has three beautiful four-foot wide windows across the back. In our model, we're very lucky that we have a gorgeous oak tree right out the back that you can see and really envision this home on your property.
The San Gabriel floor plan has one of the largest kitchens available in 1,800 to 2,000 square feet, including an island that comes included with the plan, gorgeous 42-inch upper cabinets, and a beautiful setup in that you can have the kitchen on the front of the home with a window looking out the front of your property. The bar top and kitchen sink actually face into the family room, allowing that open concept where you can welcome your guests, hang out with them, enjoy the ball game, and still be engaged in what's going on in the kitchen.
The San Gabriel is a fantastic example of space efficiency in that it has only one eating area, which many people find appealing these days. It's a single big eating area. It may be used as a formal dining room or an informal breakfast room. The dining area is bathed in natural light from two different directions thanks to the two walls of windows that offer views of the outside.
One of the most distinctive aspects of the San Gabriel is that, despite its smaller scale of 1,830 square feet, the master suite is still a secluded area. It's a really cozy private space to retreat into. It has a separate vestibule area and then opens up to beautiful walls of windows and a stunning master bathroom. When you enter the San Gabriel's master bathroom, you'll notice it features an oversized soaking tub, stand-up shower, water closet, and double vanities. It's rounded out by a walk-in closet large enough to accommodate two people's belongings.
Another unique plan feature is its split bedroom design. The bedroom areas are split front to back instead of side to side. The master suite doesn't share any common walls with the spare bedrooms. In fact, the spare bedrooms have their own separate entrance off the foyer. You'll come down a hallway off of the foyer to your two spare bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom that services both of those rooms.
The San Gabriel also includes an outdoor living area in its back cover porch. The model shows off the included back porch space, and then we also have some customizations you can do to make it even larger.
