From the attached side-load, 2-car garage with a pedestrian door, to the extended rear covered porch, every detail is thoughtfully designed. Read more about this gorgeous home and take a virtual tour of our first completed Palo Duro!

Upon entering the home, the first thing you’ll notice is the spacious foyer, featuring soaring ceilings, a sizeable study with double doors for privacy, and a powder bathroom. The foyer leads you into an open concept living area, that perfectly melds the family room, dining area, and kitchen. The space boasts tons of natural light that streams in through the large windows and a door that opens to the extended rear covered porch which features concrete steps and stained handrails also found on the front porch. Next to the living room is an elegant dining area that can comfortably accommodate a large table for hosting family and friends.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with an abundance of countertop and cabinet space, stainless-steel appliances, and a large island that doubles as both a preparation area and eating bar. The kitchen also boasts an easy passage to the oversized pantry and the laundry area, where you will find a sink and even more storage options. With the addition of the garage, a drop zone was added outside of the laundry room.

The stunning master bathroom has undergone some customizations as well, including the removal of the linen closet and the repositioning of the walk-in shower to that location. This move has created ample space to add a rectangular soaking tub at the original shower location. The suite also features a sizable walk-in closet and tall ceilings.

The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, creating a split-living floor plan, and feature large windows offering plenty of natural light. These rooms share a common bathroom with a tub and shower. Additional storage options in this area allow for even more organization, keeping everything easy to find.

Lastly, the homeowner added stucco to the exterior of the house to meet the masonry requirement for the neighborhood's HOA. Take a tour of this gorgeous Palo Duro here!
