Take a Virtual Tour of a Custom San Gabriel
Completed earlier this year, this unique San Gabriel in Williamson County exemplifies our ability to customize any of our plans to meet your needs. With the help of Danielle Watson and the Georgetown Design Center, the family was able to move in to their new dream home that is truly one of a kind.
The home, sitting on a beautiful piece of open land in central Texas, presents a striking rise amongst the otherwise flat earth surrounding it. White Hardie Board planks are contrasted by rustic shutters and rich cedar columns. A covered front porch creates a welcoming entry to the home as well as a relaxing spot for the family to sit and enjoy their land.
Inside the front door of this reversed San Gabriel, a study sits directly to the left of the entrance. The study, originally a bedroom, was easily converted with the custom study option offered for the plan. An adjacent hallway leads to two secondary bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
Stepping further in to the home reveals a wonderful kitchen off the family room. The kitchen features a massive amount of space for both storing and cooking food. Counters and cabinets line the walls while still allowing space for an island centered in the room. The kitchen leads to a centralized dining area illuminated by natural light.
The family room is the ideal place to gather and spend time relaxing. A brick fireplace is the centerpiece of the room and soaring ceilings create an open and inviting space. This room, which is accessible from every direction in the home, truly acts as the heart and hub of the entire plan.
Secluded on the right side of the home, a guest suite provides a completely private space for visitors, family members, and parents to enjoy their stay at your home. A second kitchen sits at the entrance to the guest suite and offers a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The guest suite also includes a full bathroom as well as a sizeable walk-in closet.
The luxurious master suite completes this beautiful home and provides an excellent escape for the owners of the home. Two large windows illuminate the entirety of this large bedroom which features beautiful crown molding in the inset of the ceiling. The master bathroom includes a large soaking tub, a walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks, and a walk-in closet.
