Of a handful of custom options chosen by the family, the most prominent is the massive 3-car side-load garage. With a third bay in the garage, the customers have more room for an extra vehicle, lawn equipment and mowers, or fun toys like 4-wheelers or bikes. The family also opted for the upstairs bonus room custom option. The bonus room is situated on top of the garage and features a large open space with its own powder room attached. 

Along with the addition of the bonus room, a guest bedroom was added to the plan in place of the study. This change also adds a full bathroom to the guest room, making it perfect for family members or friends visiting. 

In the living room, the family added a beautiful fireplace with matching stone from the exterior of the home, adding an aesthetically pleasing feature to the central hub of the home as well as a useful tool on those chilly winter nights. Next to the fireplace, the customers omitted the existing exterior door to the rear patio in exchange for 2 French doors. With these two doors and the wall of windows that stretch the length of the family room, ample amounts of natural light spill into the home.
