Split home designs like the
Fayetteville make entertaining easy and keep your personal spaces private. All of the bedrooms are on the left side, and everything else is on the right. With great features for gatherings like large covered porches at the front and rear, you’ll have plenty of space to make new memories and share old ones in the Fayetteville.
The family room in this home is completely open to the kitchen. Windows cover the entire back wall of this area, including double doors in the kitchen and two large picture windows in the family room. The space feels very open and inviting from the moment you enter through the foyer. Our
model home in Waxahachie has an optional fireplace as the centerpiece for the family room.
You can also choose a cathedral ceiling for an even more spacious feel.
In the kitchen, you’ll naturally find yourself at the standalone counter, looking out over the rest of the space. This counter has an eating bar facing the family room with space for stools underneath, making it a natural place for your kids or guests to sit for a quick snack. It’s all one level, so if you ever just need extra space for meals or activities, it’s there for you.
Around the corner from the kitchen, there’s a walk-in pantry and a butler’s pantry. A few steps down the hall, there’s a powder room for your guests and a sizable utility room. An alternate layout rearranges this area entirely, expanding the walk-in pantry and putting the powder room closer to the porch for easier access when you’re relaxing outside.
Other options include an attached 2-car garage and a smaller utility room with a drop zone.
There are two hallways off the family room that lead to the bedrooms on the left side of the home. The master suite is toward the rear. It has a very spacious bathroom, complete with an enclosed toilet, large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and two vanities. The walk-in closet is also quite large, with plenty of space for you and your partner to share. If you prefer separate closets, one of our other layouts puts one on each side.
At the front of the home, a small hub connects the rest of the bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a long hallway closet. In the original floor plan, there are three bedrooms here, each with their own walk-in closet. If your family doesn’t need all three, one can easily be removed or turned into a guest room with its own full bathroom.
Our model home includes an optional second floor. This removes the hallway closet near the bedrooms to make room for the stairs. The second floor has a large bonus room, which we have set up as a game room. There’s also a theater room, a powder room, and some storage space.
