Congratulations to the Noski family on their new home in Waller County! We had the pleasure of working with them to build their dream home, and we're so excited to show you around. The Noski family chose our Whitney D plan and changed the layout to suit their needs. They enjoyed the design process the most, and working with Wendy in our Spring Design Center was great because she always had options and questions that needed to be answered. The biggest thing was figuring out how to get all their must-haves while staying on budget. They did this by being creative with the square footage and not changing the house's overall footprint. Changes to the standard layout included moving the kitchen to the back of the home, expanding the dining area, adding a large rear covered porch, and creating a custom computer niche.
