On weekends, when everyone's in demand, your impromptu visit might find our model home staff diving their attention between many visitors. With a planned appointment, your consultant is able to gather the materials you need to make better use of your time. This includes information specific to the area where you plan to build as well as the floor plans you're interested in.
2. You get to choose the best time. Scheduling an appointment lets you pick the time of day that works best for your schedule instead of waiting around for someone to be free.

We'll make sure there is plenty of time to go over your list of questions—and more. With such an important decision, we want to ensure that no one rushes you.
4. Avoid extra trips. When you stop by unannounced and expect someone to be available, you might be disappointed and need to return another time. This can be especially frustrating if you live far from one of our locations.
