Navarro County
Navarro County’s city of Corsicana houses roughly half of the region’s 50,000 residents. This city is known for locally produced pecans and candies, its active art community, and Navarro College. Take a trip back through time by visiting the Pioneer Village to see how pioneers in early Texas settlements lived and worked, or visit one of the three lakes in the county, including Richland-Chambers Reservoir, one of the largest reservoirs in Texas. Multiple local festivals like the Cotton Harvest Festival and Derrick Days bring tourists and visitors from the smaller towns around the county, and even visitors from around the state.
