Yes, but there are two different building permit applications. The one you are required to submit is determined by your proximity to Richland-Chambers Lake. You will also be required to submit an on-site sewage facility permit.
Can Tilson Homes file the building permit for me?
Yes, we can submit the building permit on your behalf. Your septic permit must be submitted by your septic installer. For more information on all of these permits, you can visit the county webpage.
How do I apply for a 911 address in Navarro County?
Your building application will also serve as a request for a 911 address if you do not have one already.
Who should I talk to about connecting electricity?
For electrical set up on their land, most of our customers choose Oncor Electric Delivery Company or Navarro County Cooperative.
