The mixed pastures and wooded hills of Jack County are home to more than just wildlife.  Visit the hauntingly beautiful abandoned military post at Fort Richardson State Park & Lost Creek Reservoir State Trailway.  Ride the trails on bike or horseback, fish the lake, and be sure to tour the Civil War Era buildings that remain!  The Jack County Museum has many hands-on and educational exhibits, including a real log cabin that guests can go inside to see how the first residents of Jack County really lived.
